Medical Science Academy (MSA)

The Florence High School Medical Science Academy is a career and technical program designed to prepare students who plan to pursue a career in the medical field. Throughout this four year program, students will have the opportunity to explore several career options and become equipped to transition from high school to college. As a senior in this program, students will obtain clinical hours in four different locations. Each clinical will take place in a different career field setting in order to prevent students from being close minded. Not only will this program further you in the field of medicine, but it will also prepare students for real life situations such as: interviews, public speaking, group work, etc. These students will form strong friendships with their peers in this program and personally get to know several medical professionals.
