Honor Bands

Below is a list of Honor Bands in our area. If there is a local Honor Band that is not listed on this list, please let a Mr. Robinson know.  Let a Director know if you are interested in participating in any Honor Band, we will help you prepare.

  • At Brandon High School
  • Nomination only
  • Cost: $10
• Mississippi State Honor Band - Jan 30 - 1
  • Audition video due by 12 noon CST, Dec 4st.
  • Students will be selected based on audition video.

• William Carey University Honor Band - Jan 30 - Feb 1
  • Cost: $65 (Cost is assumed based off last year.)
  • Nomination only (Let Mr. Robinson know if you would like to be nominated.)
  • Nominations due early Dec.
• University of Alabama Honor Band - Feb 6- 8 
  • $10 Application fee
  • Registration due Dec. 15.

  • Open to grades 7 - 12

• East Central Mississippi Band Directors Association (ECMBDA) Honor Band - Feb 7 - 8 
  • At Ridgeland High School
  • Cost: $20 per student
  • Open to 7-12 Grade
  • Nomination only ( Let Mr. Robinson know if you would like to be nominated.)
