Honor Bands

Below is a list of Honor Bands in our area. If there is a local Honor Band that is not listed on this list, please let a Mr. Robinson know.  Let a Director know if you are interested in participating in any Honor Band, we will help you prepare.

  • At Brandon High School
  • Nomination only
  • Cost: $10
• Mississippi State Honor Band - Jan 25 - 27
  • Audition video due by 12 noon CST, Dec 1st.
  • Students will be selected based on audition video.

• East Central Mississippi Band Directors Association (ECMBDA) Honor Band - Feb 1 - 3 
  • At Ridgeland High School
  • Cost: $20 per student
  • Nomination only ( Let Mr. Robinson know if you would like to be nominated.)
  • Nominations due early Dec.
• University of Memphis Honor Band - Feb 1 - 3 
  • Cost: $40
  • Nomination only (Let Mr. Robinson know if you would like to be nominated.)
  • Nominations due early Jan.
• University of Alabama Honor Band - Feb 1- 3
  • $10 Application fee
  • Registration due Dec. 15.

  • Open to grades 7 - 12

• All-South Honor Band - Feb 2 - 4

• Auburn University Honor Bands - Feb 8 - 10 (Dates are assumed. Info hasn't been announced yet).
  • Application Fee $10. Once accepted, $65 Clinic fee.
